What if it rains?
Weather can be so unpredictable can't it? I usually leave dates in my calendar for cancellations due to rain and I will gladly reschedule your session to the next available date.
WhAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
As part of our consultation session, we will definitely address wardrobe selection and talk about what you and your family should wear. I want you to look and feel good and wardrobe is an essential part of how your photos will turn out. I'm here for you to bounce ideas off if you have various options to choose from and can help with styling you.
I DON'T HAVE TIME TO CLEAN. HOW CAN WE SHOOT IF MY HOUSE IS A MESS?
Please relax! Film and photo sessions with me should be fun and not stressful! I'm here to document your life and your family in the comfort of your own home - it is unique and perfect as is. I'll give you some tips on how to prepare your home (the quick and dirty way) before our session that won't add to your everyday workload and shoot around the mess!
When WILL I GET MY FILM/PHOTOS?
I strive to send my clients something as soon as I can. Most films will be ready within 6 weeks, and photos will be ready within 3 weeks. I will send you an online link to all your photos./film for you to download directly from your gallery.
What is your cancellation Policy?
I know sometimes life happens. Once you have made a booking, I will turn away all other requests for that date. As such I need to be protected in the event of a cancellation for the lost work and revenue. However, to be fair to my clients, I will reopen the date for bookings once I am notified and if I am able to fill that date with another booking, I will give you a full refund. If not, I will keep your deposit.
WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHTS FOR THE FILM OR PHOTOS?
You will be able to print, share and use your photos/film for personal use however you choose. As the artist, I will retain ownership of the copyrights. While I shoot in RAW, RAW files are not part of my packages and you will receive a JPG (photos) or MP4 (film).
